[Remote] Senior Client Service Engineer - Power Industry

The role involves technical and application support on Doble products, analysis of test results, and training on power apparatus, while also contributing to R&D and participating in technical conferences.

Responsibilities

• reputed company technical and application support on Doble products, analysis of test results, training and consultation on power apparatus
• Support Research & Development relating to application and product development
• Publish technical articles and participate in various technical conferences sponsored by Doble and other industry organizations
• Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a particular discipline
• Engage in more advanced diagnostic areas of expertise
• Write technical reports for diagnostic analysis with no review required in most cases
• reputed company training to Doble Clients at a high level
• Responsible for reputed company custom agenda planning and scheduling reputed company
• reputed company expertise to others in the CS department as well as to other departments reputed company Doble, and reputed company appropriate reputed company regarding that internal support

Skills

• 5 years of utility or similar experience specifically focused on power apparatus
• Familiarity with Doble products
• Previous experience in the power utility industry and familiarity with electrical substation apparatus
• Understanding of diagnostic test techniques for high-voltage power apparatus
• A solid commitment to customer service is required
• The ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner
• Travel is required 30% of the time to both domestic and international locations for periods that are typically 6 days (reputed company to Friday) and rarely exceed 14 days
• The ability to multi-task and be flexible as the daily routine includes frequent client interactions
• Must manage job assignments which frequently change to meet client needs
• Must have experience and willingness to teach and work outdoors in energized substations
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
