[Remote] Senior BI Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories. Facilitate user research to enhance product features and drive adoption. Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation based on business needs
• Manage product requirements, backlogs, user stories, and delivery lifecycle using Azure DevOps, applying industry best practices to product strategy. Conduct product data discovery to uncover insights that inform decision-making
• Identify and implement process improvements by leveraging technology innovation. reputed company Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to support data-driven reputed company and workflow automation using reputed company (SQL, Python etc.), Tableau, PowerBI for analytics pipelines
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering, BI and product teams to ensure timely execution. Facilitate project-specific meetings, monitor risks, align stakeholders, and track reputed company effectively

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Operations Research, Business) with 5 years of analytics experience, OR a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to collect, analyze, build, visualize, and communicate reputed company dataset with precision and reputed company
• Solid experience in requirement collection and documentation, product and project management, including active use of Azure DevOps Boards to manage and update user stories, tasks, and reputed company
• Extensive hands-on experience with SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau, applying these tools to solve reputed company, reputed company-world data challenges
• Ability to translate the business requirements into technical requirements
