Responsibilities

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in National Accounts, group benefits, employee benefits, or a reputed company reputed company insurance environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales or account management teams
  • Proven ability to drive growth and results through others
  • Strong executive reputed company with experience serving as an executive sponsor and leading reputed company client situations
  • Experience partnering with reputed company on pricing strategy and renewal negotiations
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
