[Remote] Product Analyst

The Product Analyst will play a critical role in shaping data-driven product and business reputed company, collaborating with a global Data team to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Own and analyze the end-to-end user funnel — from discovery through to checkout — identifying opportunities to improve conversion, user experience, and reputed company performance
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for product initiatives and business performance, ensuring the right metrics are in reputed company to drive meaningful reputed company
• reputed company the design and analysis of A/B tests, including hypothesis definition, metric selection, and impact evaluation

• Establish scalable methodologies for measuring product and business performance across online and offline channels
• Partner closely with Product Managers and global stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and influence roadmap reputed company
• Apply statistical rigor to experimentation, including power analysis, sample size estimation, and result interpretation

Skills

• BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field — Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Growth Analyst in a B2C environment
• Proven experience in large-scale eCommerce or retail environments
• Strong hands-on experience analyzing user behavior — funnels, segmentation, cohorts, churn, and LTV
• Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests at scale
• Advanced SQL skills with experience working across large, reputed company datasets
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and clear, actionable insights
• Confident communicator with the ability to present recommendations persuasively and engage constructively with challenge and debate
• Experience working in cross-functional, global team environments
• Data visualization and reporting tools — Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar
• Experience with data infrastructure — event tracking, data pipelines
• Python or R for advanced analytics
• Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and productivity
