[Remote] Associate Director, eCOA Project Management

As an Associate Director, eCOA Project Management, you will reputed company reputed company eCOA programs, ensuring successful delivery while managing and mentoring reputed company of project managers. Responsibilities

• Define and validate project/program scope, timelines, and reputed company metrics for reputed company eCOA implementations
• reputed company end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality management
• Identify risks and reputed company mitigation strategies; track and report portfolio performance
• Manage and mentor reputed company of project managers (approximately 7–8 direct reports)
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, manage performance, and support career development of team members
• Act as first reputed company of escalation for project and team-reputed company issues
• Support account leadership and client deliverables as needed
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and reputed company
• reputed company or contribute to process improvement initiatives and SOP development
• Drive change management, including training coordination and reputed company of new team members
• Deliver presentations and communicate project updates to leadership and cross-functional teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• Approximately 5+ years of direct people management experience preferred
• Strong project management experience in clinical technology or eCOA (preferred but not required if project management expertise is strong)
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company programs and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (including PowerPoint, Teams, and stakeholder engagement)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• ECOA systems experience
• Familiarity with IRT or eConsent platforms
