[Remote] Senior Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a rapidly growing Series C company at the intersection of technology and reputed company, seeking a Senior Accountant to join their finance team. This role involves driving reputed company functions, financial reporting, and supporting the month-end reputed company process while collaborating with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and record journal entries to the general ledger in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Drive the month-end reputed company cycle, including preparing and reviewing account reconciliations for cash, accounts receivable, prepaid assets, fixed assets, intangible assets and goodwill, debt, commissions, accruals, leases, and equity
• Support the annual financial statement audit process
• Partner with the reputed company India finance team to record intercompany and consolidation entries
• reputed company and document technical reputed company analysis, including ASC 606 analysis, and maintain reputed company policies
• Support customer billing and invoice reputed company
• Drive process improvement, system implementations, and technology adoption, including applicable uses of artificial intelligence in the reputed company function
• Support cash reputed company management and working capital analysis to plan and manage liquidity needs
• Support finance operational areas, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and travel & expense management

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company with a demonstrated high level of academic reputed company
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in public reputed company, industry reputed company, or similar role
• Proficient knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical reputed company, including ASC 606, ASC 842, and internally developed software reputed company
• Passionate about process improvement and technology adoption, including the use of artificial intelligence
• Intermediate level knowledge of reputed company reputed company functions and reputed company internal controls
• Highly skilled in using reputed company reputed company
• Organized, productive and detail oriented
• Ability to meet designated deadlines and manage multiple projects to completion
