[Remote] Manager, Emerging Account Management

The role involves leading the Account Management team by providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to ensure the reputed company of Emerging Market Account Managers in meeting their goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the team. Create and implement processes to reputed company sure the team is operating reputed company and can meet deadlines and goals. Proactively remove obstacles and solve any problems that can prevent the team from reaching their goals
• Own people management tasks for direct reports including hiring, reputed company, offboarding, career development and performance management. • Ensure forecasting is accurate and implement measures to accurately report on future pipeline

• 3+ years of experience leading Account Management teams
