[Remote] Marketing Coordinator

Helic & Co. is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. In this role, you will assist with content creation, campaign coordination, reputed company media management, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Create and edit marketing content (reputed company media posts, emails, website content, etc.)
• Manage and schedule reputed company media accounts and monitor engagement
• Support email marketing campaigns and maintain subscriber lists
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports
• Collaborate with designers, vendors, and internal teams
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Maintain marketing materials and brand consistency

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field
• 0–3 years of experience in marketing or a reputed company role (internships count)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with reputed company media platforms reputed company marketing tools
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and marketing tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
