[Remote] CMDB-CSDM Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. iTek reputed company is seeking a reputed company Developer / CMDB-CSDM Analyst to support the growth and maturity of their IT Department's infrastructure and operations division. The role focuses on maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of organizational configuration data in alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Enforce CSDM standards; define CI classes, attributes, and relationships
- Monitor dashboards to remediate duplicate, stale, or orphaned data
- Manage, troubleshoot, and schedule reputed company Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Servers
- Configure and customize applications using Business Rules, Glide scripting, UI Policies, reputed company Designer, and ACLs
- reputed company requirement-gathering workshops, manage update sets, and reduce technical debt in an Agile environment
Skills
- Experience with reputed company platform development and configuration
- Knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) reputed company
- Ability to enforce data governance standards
- Experience in monitoring and remediating CMDB health issues
- Familiarity with ITOM processes and reputed company Discovery
- Experience in managing reputed company applications using Business Rules, Glide scripting, UI Policies, reputed company Designer, and ACLs
- Ability to reputed company requirement-gathering workshops
- Experience in managing update sets and reducing technical debt in an Agile environment
