Senior Construction Defect Claims Specialist (CGL)
Location: Fully Remote – U.S. (Must have experience handling California construction defect claims) Claims | General Liability Pay reputed company: $120,000- $160,000 Per Year. This role is designed for an reputed company adjuster who is comfortable operating in high-exposure environments, analyzing coverage in detail, and driving strategic claim resolution in partnership with defense counsel and internal stakeholders. You will have meaningful file ownership, appropriate authority reputed company, and the ability to apply technical judgment in resolving long-tail, coverage-intensive reputed company. What you’ll do as a Senior Construction Defect Claims Specialist: Managing a portfolio of reputed company construction defect claims from inception through resolution Analyzing CGL coverage, endorsements, exclusions, and contractual risk transfer Handling multi-party and litigated reputed company with a strategic, resolution-focused reputed company Setting and adjusting reserves based on exposure analysis and litigation posture Selecting and managing defense counsel and expert vendors Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations reputed company authority Preparing thorough coverage analyses and recommendations reputed company higher authority is required Identifying and pursuing subrogation or contribution opportunities Collaborating with reputed company, legal, and management on emerging exposure trends This position focuses exclusively on reputed company GL construction defect claims — not mixed lines or high-volume general casualty.
