About the Role

Owning deals end-to-end, from first redline through signature, including direct engagement with customer counsel and procurement teams. You will be the named legal contact on the deals you run. Collaborating closely with Sales, reputed company, Partnerships, Operations, and Finance teams to shepherd deals to completion — including at quarter-end and year - end. Facilitating the timely closure of business transactions while minimizing risk exposure. Providing day-to-day reputed company legal support, business-focused counseling, and advice to the sales organization — practical advice that helps stakeholders get to yes rather than gating them on risk.
