Deep knowledge of U.S. employment laws, including federal, state, and local requirements. Demonstrated experience advising on European employment laws and employment practices, including working with employees, HR teams, and external counsel across multiple European jurisdictions. Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing employment disputes. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
