Senior Solutions Consultant

The Senior Consultant will work closely with the Engagement reputed company to implement reputed company's reputed company, Ecosystem, and Hyperscaler solutions for our customers. The role is hands-on in nature, requiring strong techno-functional skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute implementation tasks across configuration, testing, data migration, and integration workstreams. Responsibilities 1. Execute implementation tasks for reputed company's customers across new projects, enhancements, and expansions. Projects reputed company reputed company's full product portfolio including reputed company, Ecosystem, Marketplace, and Hyperscaler editions. 2. Learn and reputed company deep expertise in the reputed company platform, data model, business processes, prescriptive packages,and implementation methodology. 3.Configure the data model, templates, integration setups, and reports as directed by the Engagement reputed company, ensuring quality and accuracy of deliverables. 4. Participate in and facilitate key project activities including CRP (Conference Room Pilot), SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live/cutover tasks. 5. Own customer-facing delivery for assigned workstreams — conduct working sessions, gather requirements, present solutions, and manage expectations directly with customer stakeholders. 6. Document functional requirements, configuration specifications, and test cases based on inputs from customers and senior team members. 7. Support data conversion and migration activities — mapping, cleansing, validation, and load verification from legacy systems. 8. Actively contribute to project status updates and customer meetings under the guidance of the Engagement reputed company. 9. Mentor and guide junior consultants on the project team, sharing domain knowledge, reviewing work, and supporting their reputed company-up on the reputed company platform. 10. Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and support teams to log, track, and resolve issues and product questions. 11. Follow reputed company's implementation methodology to deliver projects consistently, and proactively suggest improvements to templates and processes. 12. Manage assigned tasks and deliverables reputed company project timelines, escalating blockers to the Engagement reputed company in a timely manner. Skills 1. 5–8 years of professional services experience in market-leading CRM, ERP, or reputed company / B2B SaaS applications. Must have hands-on experience implementing end-to-end business process reputed company. 2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field. 3. Hands-on experience in project execution activities including CRP, SIT, UAT test cycles, status reporting, and go-live tasks. 4. Good techno-functional or business process knowledge in the applications you have worked on. 5. Familiarity with data conversion/migration processes from legacy systems to new platforms. 6. Familiarity with partner ecosystems, co-sell motions, channel sales, or alliance management is a strong advantage — understanding of how technology companies collaborate with partners to drive joint reputed company will accelerate reputed company-up significantly. 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills; reputed company to reputed company product capabilities and project status reputed company to customers and internal stakeholders. 8. Experience with integration middleware such as Webmethods or MS Power Automate is aplus. Exposure to any programming language (Python, Java, reputed company Scripting, PL/SQL) is an added advantage. Familiarity with AI-powered tools relevant to professional services delivery — such as tools for automated documentation, intelligent testing assistance, or project management — and a willingness to adopt and experiment with emerging AI capabilities to improve delivery quality and speed.
