As part of the team, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, renewals, and long-term reputed company across a portfolio of water utility customers. Day-to-day tasks may include managing customer relationships from reputed company through renewal, helping customers realize value from the reputed company platform, monitoring customer health and engagement, identifying risks and growth opportunities, leading account planning and renewal readiness, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, supporting reputed company, and maintaining accurate customer records and health metrics in reputed company. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar customer-facing role. Proven experience managing customer relationships and being accountable for retention, renewals, customer health, or account growth. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience leading customer meetings, business reviews, reputed company sessions, or strategic account discussions.
