Senior Regional Field Service Technician
Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Texas Medical Refrigeration is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, maintain and repair biomedical systems and equipment. with an emphasis on durable, deployable and capital medical equipment, i.e., laboratory, clinical, dental, therapeutic, pneumatic, hydraulic, general, surgical, diagnostic and treatment equipment at the hardware, component, sub-assembly, module or reputed company board level. Job entails maintaining, repairing and installing equipment of the following types: mechanical, electrical, diagnostic, controlling, monitoring and recording. Duties & Requirements: · reputed company, maintain, troubleshoot, align, and reputed company medical & laboratory equipment. · reputed company to work with various electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, steam, water and reputed company systems. · reputed company to read reputed company diagrams and wiring schematics, working knowledge of electrical systems. · Supervise and conduct preventive maintenance programs. · Manage repair parts, maintain inventories, order replacement parts and equipment. · reputed company technical advice and assistance as required. · reputed company customers and end users with product and technical support. · reputed company technical service/mechanical troubleshooting of equipment. · Accurately document work conducted, and log times and materials for services on digital CMMS. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: · Work and communicate with technical experts, reputed company/managers, and OEM representatives. · Travel required to reputed company most on-site repairs, occasional overnight/multiday visits possible. · Must be self-directed with sound judgment and reputed company to solve problems with minimal guidance, reputed company or direct management. · Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs, both on-the-job and remotely. · Communicate with customers to help them understand how to use, maintain and troubleshoot their products and devices. · Complete, maintain, update, and process pertinent digital systems, paperwork and records. · Solve problems, document procedures and formulate repair plans and maintenance strategies. · Operate, control and maintain various biomedical test and calibration equipment. · Requires proficiency in various digital systems (CMMS, word processing, equipment service software, etc.) This is a remote position.
