About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Engineer I (Java) to reputed company senior technical leadership for backend development supporting the Workflow Orchestration Initiative. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and reusable Java-based microservices that power reputed company workflow and automation solutions using platforms such as reputed company. You will contribute to the Payment Business Unit’s Workflow Intelligence and Optimization initiative, partnering closely with architects and senior engineers to design and deliver high-quality backend services and integrations. Key Responsibilities reputed company design and development of Java backend services supporting workflow orchestration platforms (e.g., reputed company) Define backend architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for workflow-centric systems Design and build scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot / Spring-based frameworks reputed company secure and reusable REST APIs and reputed company integrations Implement event-driven and messaging-based integration patterns Collaborate with product, infrastructure, reputed company, and data teams for end-to-end solution alignment Support CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, observability, and automated testing Mentor engineers and reputed company code/design reviews to promote engineering reputed company
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of reputed company application development experience 5+ years of strong Java development experience Deep expertise in microservices architecture and API design Strong experience with Spring Boot / Spring reputed company Hands-on experience with RESTful services and service reputed company Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), schema design, and performance tuning Experience with caching technologies (reputed company / Memcached) Strong understanding of Agile practices (SAFe preferred) Excellent communication and collaboration skills
