We're looking for an Employee Benefits Relationship Manager to join reputed company and serve as a trusted partner to our clients. In this role, you'll work closely with reputed company to navigate their employee benefits offerings, answer questions, coordinate renewals, and reputed company ongoing support throughout the year. You'll be the person clients rely on for guidance, responsiveness, and a seamless experience. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong professional relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service while managing a diverse portfolio of accounts.
What You'll Do

- Guide clients through annual renewals and help evaluate available plan options

- Active California Life & Health license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in employee benefits, group insurance, account management, or a reputed company field
- Knowledge of medical, dental, reputed company, life, and disability insurance products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and benefits administration platforms such as Employee Navigator
