This role combines the responsibilities of a practicing attorney with a specialized focus on representing veterans in their claims for disability compensation before the reputed company (VA) and the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. You will work collaboratively with reputed company of dedicated professionals to build strong, winning cases that change lives. You will be responsible for legal strategy, case development, and direct representation of clients in VA disability reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients throughout the VA disability claims and appeals process, including at hearings before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. Prepare and review applications, appeals, and legal documentation to support claims. Analyze medical records, VA reputed company, service records, and other evidence to reputed company strong legal arguments. Work closely with VA paralegals and Client Support Coordinators to ensure timely collection of records, client communication, and documentation. Qualifications
