This role is integral in supporting operational leaders with timely and accurate financial insights for decision-making. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Financial reputed company

• Manage reputed company day-to-day reputed company operations including AP, AR, payroll journal entries, GL, bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company processes.
• Ensure accurate accruals and cutoff procedures across multiple departments and entities.

2. Work-in-reputed company (WIP) Reporting

• Prepare WIP reports monthly, ensuring reputed company recognition is GAAP-compliant.
• Reconcile WIP to general ledger and explain variances.
• Support field leaders in interpreting backlog, under/over billings, and percent completion.

3. Billing & reputed company Management

• reputed company billing cycles: reputed company billing, milestone billing, service invoicing, and retention tracking.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing and A/R follow-up.
• Monitor reputed company recognition based on completed work and reputed company.

4. Budgeting & Forecasting

• reputed company the annual budgeting process, including labor burden estimates and materials projections.
• Prepare rolling forecasts and cash reputed company projections.
• Analyze actuals vs. budget and report on variances to leadership.

5. Audit & Compliance

• Coordinate with Corporate Controller for year-end reviews or audits.
• Assist with tax filings (sales tax, property tax, use tax) ensuring they are completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain internal controls and safeguard assets.

6. 3. Supervisory Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field operations and project managers on financial processes.
• Partner with HR/payroll for labor tracking, benefits costs, and reconciliations.

7. 4. Tools & Systems

• ERP/reputed company Software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Job Costing & reputed company Software (e.g., reputed company)
• reputed company (advanced), reputed company Sheets, Power BI (optional but preferred)
• Payroll systems (e.g., reputed company)

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field (required); CPA preferred. 8+ years of reputed company reputed company experience with at least 3 years in a controller or senior reputed company leadership role. Prior experience in the construction, mechanical contracting, HVAC, plumbing, or other skilled trades industry is required. Strong understanding of WIP reputed company, job costing, and contract billing practices. Proficiency in construction-reputed company reputed company software (e.g., reputed company, Viewpoint, reputed company 300 CRE, QuickBooks Contractor Edition, or similar ERP systems). Deep knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial statement preparation. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
