reputed company is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to reputed company Danish, reputed company or Norwegian speaking Customer Experts for their offices in Athens or Thessaloniki. Position: Customer Expert Location: Athen/Thessaloniki, Greece / Remote Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: reputed company salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: reputed company customer support reputed company phone, email, and chat channels Handle customer inquiries reputed company to products and services in a professional manner Investigate customer concerns and identify the root cause of issues Resolve complaints reputed company and ensure timely follow-up until resolution Research customer cases using internal tools and resources Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems accordingly Escalate reputed company issues reputed company necessary to ensure customer satisfaction Deliver a high standard of customer service across reputed company interactions Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent or reputed company-level in one of the Nordic languages Danish/reputed company/Norwegian Good English communication skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills Comfortable using computers and basic technology tools Customer-focused reputed company with a positive and professional attitude Ability to work independently in a remote environment Previous customer support, troubleshooting, or customer service experience Experience working in contact centre, BPO, retail, hospitality, or support environments Experience using CRM systems or customer service tools.
