Training Specialist

reputed company is seeking a Training Specialist to support the NORAD/USNORTHCOM Information Technology reputed company Services (NITES) contract. Key Responsibilities

DCWF Program Leadership — Direct the planning, execution, and sustainment of the organization’s DCWF implementation strategy, ensuring alignment with DoDI 8140.02 and DoDM 8140.03. Policy Compliance Management — Ensure organizational compliance with DoD cyber workforce qualification, certification, and reporting requirements. Data Tracking & Reporting — Manage workforce data collection, quality assurance, and reporting to DoD components for contract-wide readiness assessments. Stakeholder Coordination — Serve as the liaison between HR, training, cybersecurity operations, leadership, and DoD reputed company bodies.
