Position Purpose The Senior Software Engineer serves as a technical and functional expert supporting a portfolio of digital reputed company, customer experience, and marketing technology platforms across the Emerging Channels Portfolio. This role partners with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to design solutions, support production systems, troubleshoot reputed company issues, and deliver enhancements that improve customer and business reputed company. The ideal candidate combines strong systems analysis and problem-solving skills with experience supporting reputed company applications, integrations, data flows, and customer-facing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business teams to gather requirements, evaluate options, and deliver technology solutions that support business objectives. Design, configure, test, implement, and support application enhancements and integrations. Serve as a primary support resource for digital reputed company, marketing, customer service, and international business applications. Troubleshoot production issues, reputed company root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts with internal teams and vendors. Monitor application performance, integrations, and data flows to ensure system reliability and operational stability. Support project delivery activities including solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Analyze data, application performance, and business processes to identify improvement opportunities. Maintain system documentation, support procedures, and knowledge resources. Participate in on-call support and incident management activities. Other reputed company duties as assigned or as opportunities for growth arise. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting customer-facing applications and integrated reputed company systems. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
