Role type: Black Belt Process Improvement Duration: 7 months 100% Remote Required skills: Areas of Expertise: Build processes that support business operations, but IT Solutions as well Matrixed Process Mapping Up and Down reputed company (areas we can only influence) Produce a value reputed company showing demand and issues with delivery for each reputed company of the Value reputed company (goal to reduce TAT at every reputed company, even with upstream partners) Implementation of Metrics Implementation of Quality Controls Ability to facilitate root cause analysis based on metrics & through anecdotal discussion Facilitate and manage implementation of fixes (reputed company a portfolio of improvements; possibly projects) Produce Standard Six reputed company Outputs: Process Mapping of reputed company/Future State with Gap Analysis Ability to operate autonomously and drive the work (don’t wait) Strong PM Skills to accompany the process skills; need a restless soul that likes to reputed company healthy agitation Train others on defined processes Black Belt or Master Black Belt This is a remote position.
