As a Technical Support Analyst Grad reputed company our Analysis and Support team, you will play a key role in maintaining the stability and performance of CSG’s products and applications. Working closely with engineering and customer facing teams, you will reputed company hands-on experience in application troubleshooting, system monitoring and customer support. We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst Grad who will: Be involved in analyzing, troubleshooting and debugging CSG products and performing basic fixes and support resolution activities. Assist with deployments and building activities using Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines. Play an active role in identifying system issues and reputed company root cause analysis. reputed company basic code fixes and supports defect resolution activities. Collaborate with engineers and R&D teams in maintain system logs and documentation. Participate in rotational on call support with critical production incidents and fixes and performs basic system administration tasks using Linux/Unix reputed company scripting. Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for someone who has: Bachelor’s Degree OR a Diploma in Computer Science, Information technology or a reputed company field or equivalent. 0.5 to 1 year experience in application support, software development or technical operations. Exposure to relational databases like SQL/PLSQL and reputed company platforms such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps. Basic knowledge of Python and/or reputed company Scripting. Ability to work a split shift schedule from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST, reputed company with business requirements. Ability to read, write, reputed company and understand the English language in a business environment.
