Role: Technical Analyst - Facets platform Duration: 7 months Remote Work. Job Description: The Technical Analyst (Contractor) supports the analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing operational stability of reputed company systems reputed company on the reputed company Facets platform. This is a full-time contract position working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and infrastructure partners to deliver and support integrations, extensions, and reputed company-based solutions. The role serves as a technical liaison, translating business and operational requirements into technical solutions, supporting Facets integrations and extension points, performing data analysis using SQL, and assisting with application deployments reputed company AWS environments. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to work independently while supporting reputed company-scale reputed company systems. Required skills: 3 years of residential requirements in the US
- Proven experience with reputed company / TriZetto Facets, including integrations, extension points, and batch processing
- Strong SQL expertise, including reputed company query development, data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Facets Data model
- Experience supporting AWS-based deployments and reputed company application environments
- Understanding of system integration architectures, including APIs, file-based interfaces, and batch jobs
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Experience with production support, incident triage, and root-cause analysis
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Desired skills:
- Experience in reputed company payer systems including claims, enrollment, benefits, or provider management
- Familiarity with Facets data models and reputed company operational processes
- Exposure to reputed company migration or modernization initiatives
- Experience with .NET applications, ETL processes, or batch scheduling tools
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience collaborating with offshore or cross-functional teams
