About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager – Business Development to drive SaaS reputed company growth in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for a top-performing sales professional who excels at closing deals, building strong client relationships, and consistently exceeding targets. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer value and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities reputed company & Pipeline Growth Drive new business acquisition across the U.S. SaaS market Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing reputed company and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company targets Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company opportunities Client Engagement Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Identify client needs and reputed company tailored, consultative solutions Deliver engaging product demonstrations and customized proposals Strategy & Market Execution Execute go-to-market strategies across assigned territories or segments Identify market opportunities and reputed company insights on trends Collaborate with marketing teams on outbound campaigns and reputed company reputed company Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with reputed company to ensure seamless reputed company and retention reputed company feedback to Product teams to enhance offerings Work closely with Sales leadership on forecasting and planning Sales Operations Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management reputed company consistent sales forecasts and performance reports reputed company data to improve conversion rates and deal velocity Qualifications 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in the U.S. market Proven track record of exceeding B2B sales quotas Strong experience managing full-cycle SaaS sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company-driven environment Experience with CRM platforms (reputed company, reputed company, or similar) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field preferred This is a remote position.
