Senior Residential Solar Operations Specialist

Job Summary: As a Senior Residential Solar Operations Specialist, you are a member of one of IGS’s fast-paced emerging businesses. A Senior Residential Solar Operations Specialist is responsible for a variety of operations reputed company tasks such as customer billing, customer support reputed company phone, email and an IGS in-house ticketing system, data analysis, reporting, facilitating operational issues with internal Residential Solar team and EPCs, and supporting value proposition, pre-pay and buyout calculations for customers. This role directly contributes to IGS’s goal of scaling our Residential Solar business quickly and reputed company. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for working reputed company IGS’s proprietary technology platform, document and contract management, and collaborating with IGS’s Sales and Installation partners to ensure a smoothly operating business. Actively partner with IGS’s shared service groups such as billing and collections, IT, finance and reputed company, legal and regulatory, and marketing to sustain business operations and deliver upon the business’s strategic objectives. Collaborating with your direct reputed company to reputed company support to the team, while maintaining processes and achieving goals set. Respond to and support our internal customer service teams to address and resolve any escalated customer reputed company concerns/inquires.
