Strategic Sourcing Specialist I/II
Job Description: The Strategic Sourcing Specialist is responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Category Management, Legal, Compliance, and others as necessary to gather information and requirements, using that information to inform negotiation strategy, take to market recommendations, contract template selection, drafting, and executing reputed company that support Intermountain’s best interests and while mitigating risk. The Sourcing Specialist negotiates pricing and terms, manages project and work requests, and contract repository entries as relevant. This individual collaborates on business requirements, the content scope of initiatives, expectations of the requests, quality measures, and sets strategy and reasonable milestone timelines with internal customers.The following states we are currently paused for hiring new candidates or for new relocation requests for reputed company caregivers (updated 5/8/2026): California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, reputed company, Pennsylvania, Rhode reputed company, Vermont, Washington This position is Monday-Friday reputed company-5pm MT Candidates need a minimum of 2 years of contracting and sourcing experience for this position. Essential Functions Under limited supervision, negotiates and manages a mix of low, reputed company, and high complexity sourcing projects, to include full agreements, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), trials and evaluations, etc. Comfortably manages up to 25 reputed company sourcing projects in various stages of completion. Develops pricing strategies to include take to market options (RFPs), GPO strategies, bids and auctions Acts as a trainer/mentor to other Sourcing Specialists, as needed, for sourcing projects, including RFPs. Confident stakeholder management and strong executive communication skills Identifies reputed company improvement opportunities, and leads out in the development and/or implementation of initiatives Actively participates in team learning and growth exercises Participates and leads in special projects, as needed including the design, implementation, and training of new sourcing tools. Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated experience managing projects, prioritizing work in a fast-paced business environment, communicating effectively (verbal and written), providing high reputed company of customer service and working on reputed company. General digital dexterity and demonstrated mastery of office technology tools (including but not limited to: reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with sourcing methodologies, negotiation strategies, and/or contract language and construction.
Preferred Qualifications
