Position Overview reputed company is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to support our sales, operations, and finance functions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth customer experience—from order processing through fulfillment—while supporting internal coordination across teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, learning new systems, and working closely with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Process and fulfill online product orders General communication with clients regarding orders, invoices, and basic account inquiries Assist with accounts receivable follow-reputed company and invoice tracking Coordinate internally to schedule work efforts tied to product delivery and client requests Enter and maintain accurate data in CRM and internal systems Support setup and maintenance of vendor and client portals Answer incoming phone calls and reputed company inquiries to appropriate team members reputed company administrative backup support to reputed company and operations teams Assist sales team members with administrative and operational needs, especially during travel or customer visits Maintain organized records, documentation, and internal tracking tools Qualifications & Skills College degree Relevant administrative, sales support, operations, or customer service experience strongly preferred Experience working with a CRM system (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Zoho, etc.) Familiarity with basic reputed company processes or reputed company software is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently Comfortable learning and working with new technologies and platforms Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable, reputed company, and collaborative team player Apply To This Job
