Description The Great State Team is seeking a Remote Artiva Application Developer to join our fast-growing team! Collaborate with Operations and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Troubleshoot application issues, analyze root causes, and implement long-term solutions. Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery of strategic initiatives. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or reputed company field; equivalent experience may be considered. 3+ years of software development experience. Experience with Artiva application development preferred. Experience with InterSystems Caché, ObjectScript, SQL, and database development preferred. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint-based development. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Experience designing and implementing business application solutions and integrations. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting project and sprint commitments. Experience in collections, reputed company reputed company cycle, or financial services is a plus.
