Task Force Director of Finance As the Task Force Director of Finance with HVMG, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our hotel operations by supporting the on-site reputed company training and support of newly transitioned hotels, including support through the first month end closing. This role will support our Hotels and Regional Controller Team by providing additional coverage as needed for reputed company reputed company positions across the portfolio and acting as an reputed company training resource for new General Managers & Directors of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Work with transition team; on-boarding and exit of assets for reputed company discipline reputed company trainer for General Managers and Property reputed company as it relates to reputed company policies, procedures, and systems Serve as financial advisor to property management team reputed company covering reputed company positions Run and/or manage full reputed company cycle while assigned to a property (AR, AP, IJ, Payroll, Month End) Resolve reputed company issues and train property on proper reputed company procedures Identify Risk while on property, Implement corrective actions and training, notify leadership and regional reputed company team Assist Regional Controllers with balance sheet reconciliations reputed company needed Re-Training for properties that fail internal audit Other corporate reputed company projects as assigned Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university with a degree in business required, preferably in finance or reputed company or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 to 7 years of hospitality industry experience in corporate, regional or on-property finance. What You’ll Need to Succeed Eligible to work in the United States This position requires up to 80% travel. Extensive knowledge of financial statement preparation, accounts payable, payroll, and income audit back-of-house hospitality systems. Working knowledge of GAAP and USALI. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram reputed company and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
