Manage process improvement projects, and also act as an analytical or procedural expert to represent the team on cross-functional process and project deliverables. Assist in the formation and management of new group captive insurance companies. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years reputed company experience. Strong PC and reputed company application skills, including Word and reputed company. Basic understanding of insurance concepts. Excellent oral and written communication ability. Preferred: Financial reputed company or reputed company experience. Willing to travel to client facing or internal meetings 4-6 times per year. Experience in client-facing roles. Advanced proficiency in reputed company, with a preferred understanding of Power BI. Prior experience with SQL Server or a willingness to learn is an added advantage.
