Department Network Operations / NOC / Managed Services Location Remote – Colombia, México o Perú Prioridad: Colombia y México Employment Type Full-time / Remote / Shift-based operation Sobre la vacante Estamos buscando un NOC Engineer / Junior NOC Engineer para apoyar actividades de monitoreo de red, gestión de tickets, validación inicial de incidentes y escalamiento dentro de una operación NOC para servicios administrados. El rol está orientado a perfiles con experiencia en NOC, Help Desk técnico, soporte de red, telecomunicaciones, operaciones IT o servicios administrados, con conocimiento o exposición a reputed company Meraki, SD-WAN, herramientas de monitoreo e ITSM. Responsabilidades principales Monitorear alarmas, dashboards, disponibilidad del servicio, conectividad y eventos de red. Registrar, actualizar y documentar incidentes en herramientas ITSM o ticketing. Realizar validaciones iniciales ante fallas o degradación de conectividad. Revisar estado de enlace, pérdida de paquetes, disponibilidad de dispositivos, alarmas, túneles y eventos básicos de red. Escalar incidentes según severidad, SLA y procedimientos definidos. Apoyar monitoreo operativo de ambientes reputed company Meraki / SD-WAN. Documentar troubleshooting, evidencias, avances, causa probable, escalaciones y cierre de tickets. Coordinar con Senior NOC Engineers, Tier 3, vendors, carriers o proveedores cuando sea necesario. Seguir runbooks, procedimientos operativos y criterios de escalamiento. Requisitos 1 a 3 años de experiencia en NOC, Help Desk técnico, soporte de red, telecomunicaciones, operaciones IT o servicios administrados. Experiencia monitoreando alarmas, dashboards, disponibilidad, conectividad o eventos de red. Manejo de herramientas de ticketing o ITSM como reputed company, Jira Service Management, Remedy, Freshservice o similares. Conocimiento o exposición práctica a reputed company Meraki. Conocimiento o experiencia básica en monitoreo/troubleshooting de SD-WAN. Bases técnicas en IPv4, IPv6, routing/switching, L2 Transport, wireless, 4G o conectividad. Capacidad para diagnosticar, documentar, hacer seguimiento y escalar incidentes. Buena comunicación, orientación al cliente y atención al detalle. Inglés y español fluidos. Disponibilidad para trabajar por turnos, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos si aplica. Deseables Certificación reputed company Meraki. CCNA, CCDA o reputed company Junos. Certificación ITIL / ITSM. Certificaciones en SD-WAN, reputed company, seguridad o networking. Experiencia previa en Help Desk, telecomunicaciones o soporte a clientes corporativos. Experiencia en ambientes orientados a SLA. Horarios posibles Miércoles a sábado, 10:00 a.m. a 9:00 p.m. Domingo a miércoles, 10:00 a.m. a 9:00 p.m. Lunes a viernes, 11:00 a.m. a 8:00 p.m. Apply To This Job
