In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing regional team of Junior and Senior Customer Value Managers while driving customer satisfaction, retention, and reputed company growth. You will balance strategic regional leadership with hands-on account management, overseeing regional operations and directly managing a small book of key business accounts to maintain firsthand market insights.
