Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to influence roadmap, deliver differentiated demos, and create compelling technical content and field enablement. Represent the Solutions Engineering organization in regional business reviews, forecasting, and executive planning sessions. Build scalable processes for technical discovery, architecture design, POCs, workshops, and value-based evaluations. Act as a senior technical executive sponsor for key customers, helping shape reputed company observability strategies and long-term platform adoption. What makes you an ideal candidate 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Architecture, or similar. 5+ years leading and scaling high-performing SE teams, ideally in a Director-level role reputed company a SaaS or reputed company software company. Deep expertise in one or more of the following domains: AIOps, Digital Employee Experience, reputed company Observability, Network Observability, Infrastructure Observability, and/or Application Observability.
