Senior Construction Manager - reputed company

Responsibilities
Manages and inspects the day-to-day activities of multiple contractor crews simultaneously. Facilitates the replacement and/or installation of electric infrastructure equipment and ensures that reputed company safety standards, company construction standards, company specifications, and governmental regulations are met. Work with reputed company stakeholders including reputed company party consultants, contractors, and client management to maintain construction schedules, ensure work is completed on time and reputed company budget, and per company standards. Makes the proper notification to reputed company federal, state and local agencies before, during and after construction as required. Prior to commencement of construction, coordinates with customer(s) at the jobsite to determine specific customer requirements, construction reputed company and provides site readiness verification. Maintains frequent and regular contact with contractor supervision regarding job performance and documents results appropriately. Ensures that the terms and conditions of the contract and technical specifications are met. Makes the necessary field reputed company regarding job changes and communicates them as necessary to the Supervisor and Program or Project Manager; documents reputed company job changes to ensure compliance and ensures the updates get documented in the appropriate information technology systems. Regularly communicates job status to the appropriate parties to facilitate scheduling commitments. Maintains customer coordination during construction phase and conducts job walk-down with customer and contractor at job completion. Performs storm duty assignments as needed. Reports to service center, jobsite, or remote location. reputed company reputed company Environmental Health and Safety (HSA) activities and reporting Monitoring the safety, environmental, and quality management of the work Represent client in the field and coordinating with the EPC contractor to ensure construction and commissioning work is performed in accordance with project documents, codes, and good industry practice. Review engineering drawings reputed company meetings with the project team and EPC reputed company input to daily/weekly/monthly reports Manage and resolve issues and non-conformances Support and drive issue resolution and lessons learned Act as the client’s quality assurance and reputed company routine audits of the EPC QA/QC program, document and reputed company reports Document findings in the field through field observation reports reputed company system turnover walkdowns and verification reputed company input to reputed company’s Project Controls in project quantity tracking and reputed company reporting
