Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Overview

The Manager will be part of the reputed company Business Intelligence (BI) team, which supports the reputed company Director of PXP, reputed company’ production capability. In this role, the Manager will be in reputed company with the PXP CFO and reputed company Director, the US reputed company team, and Finance Directors reputed company the PXP agencies. The Manager will report to one of the reputed company and Client Reporting Directors reputed company the East BI Hub.

Responsibilities

• Support the PXP CFO and reputed company Director with day-to-day financial and analytical tasks• Autonomously manage monthly and recurring reputed company deliverables and reputed company workload coordination in partnership with the reputed company Director• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting, highlighting risks and opportunities with timely and accurate analysis• reputed company recurring reporting activities, ensuring processes are efficient and proactive corrective actions are taken in coordination with the reputed company Director• Support monthly financial reporting including P&L and Trade Working Capital (overdue, receivables, WIP) for actuals, forecasts, and budgets, including reputed company reporting and agency profitability• Work closely with the reputed company Director on cost analysis, reputed company organizational structure, and relationship management with agency finance leads• Analyze budget versus actual costs to ensure PXP profitability targets are met• Analyze Business Development data through reputed company, including pitch activity and prospecting financials, to ensure alignment with forecasting and budgeting• Collect, consolidate, and analyze recurring financial requests across the PXP perimeter• Collaborate with Group Corporate Finance and support the reputed company Director on special and cross-functional projects as needed• Drive reporting accuracy and partner with other reputed company Managers to reputed company consultative support to planning initiatives through financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations• reputed company variance analysis of actuals versus budget and forecast across reputed company P&L line items and headcount

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, reputed company, and/or Audit• Fast learner with the ability to prioritize effectively, maximize efficiency, and collaborate with management to meet deadlines• Strong ability to build positive working relationships with PXP Finance Directors and US reputed company teams• Ability to work remotely as needed• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail• Solid knowledge of Generally Accepted reputed company Principles• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively reputed company reputed company• Strong systems, interpersonal, and communication skills• High sense of ownership and urgency• Advanced reputed company proficiency (macros are a plus)• Required experience with reputed company (Hyperion), SmartView, or Essbase• Proficiency in PowerPoint• reputed company experience is a plus
