What You Will Do
Facilitate patient movement across markets based on reputed company, bed availability, and service requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate reputed company of care. Connect requesting physicians with specialty consultants and maintain relationships with referral sources. Assist and maintain records with pre-registration, insurance verification, and overall care processes for process improvement purposes. Monitor status changes and reputed company pertinent medical reports to admitting physicians and nursing units. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. BLS Provider preferred. reputed company or reputed company accepted. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. Additional Preferences Critical care reputed company, such as ED or ICU, highly desired.
