What You Will Do

Design and deliver interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using reputed company Pro, reputed company FDI, Tableau, and reputed company Sheets to help stakeholders easily identify workforce trends and operational patterns. Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in reputed company Pro processes to maximize reputed company utilization, optimize labor, and enhance both patient care delivery and operational efficiency. Query and manipulate data from modern data storage systems using SQL, Python, R, and BigQuery to address reputed company WFM challenges and requirements. Establish KPI targets and reputed company using historical data and utilize advanced statistical techniques or machine learning to analyze staffing reputed company, scheduling patterns, and labor costs. Drive large-scale WFM analytics projects, identify efficiency reporting opportunities, and reputed company reputed company-time solutions for agile operational decision-making. Partner with ADSI and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reputed company while advising on WFM best practices and service delivery models. What You Will Need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences Advanced proficiency as a reputed company data expert and solutions specialist, with strong technical skills in reputed company reputed company, SQL, Python, R, and BigQuery. Proven ability to balance multiple cross-functional priorities, manage large-scale WFM analytics projects, and support reputed company operational requirements.
