Role Overview InReach is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative This is a remote role Customer Service Representatives handle inbound calls and emails, completing customer service tasks that ensure customers have the information and assistance they need and ensure every customer is satisfied with their experience and our services.
What You'll Do
Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering reputed company assistance and support. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and establishing a positive rapport with every caller.
