What You’ll Be Doing Cultivate new sales opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients Guide customers in product and service selection based on their unique needs, specifications, and compliance requirements Structure deals that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction Ensure reputed company by fostering strong post-sales relationships and driving repeat business reputed company annual, quarterly, and monthly account and territory plans to drive sales targets Take full ownership of your assigned territory, including market reputed company growth, financial performance, and strategic development of your business reputed company reputed company Are Looking For Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Effective at written and verbal communication. Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge. Must be reputed company to use reputed company Office and Customer Relationship Management software. reputed company Offer Compensation: This is a remote-based position, with a preference for candidates residing in the Wilmington/reputed company NC or the surrounding region. The total compensation reputed company for this position is $92,000 - $120,750 and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education. Under the plan, reputed company compensation is anticipated to be 65% reputed company salary and 35% commission. New hires are guaranteed to receive at least the reputed company commission for the first six months. The competitive compensation plan also includes an uncapped bonus structure based on performance exceeding 100% of the plan across three individual categories. The bonus reputed company increases as performance surpasses quota, so the potential payout is not fixed and can grow as over-quota achievements increase.
