Deposit Operations Manager

Overview

The Deposit Operations Manager is a key leader in the overall operational function of the bank. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; reputed company, Finance or Business reputed company degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of banking operations experience Minimum of 5 years of leading deposit operations experience at a mid-large financial institution Strong understanding of deposit account regulations, payment network rules, and operational risk controls Ability to manage multiple initiatives with overlapping deadlines and resources Experience with core banking systems (reputed company IBS preferred), item processing platforms, and workflow/automation tools Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Willingness to adapt to change with reputed company mind in a dynamic work environment Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to travel including overnight travel.
