The Licensing Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end filing of state licensing and enrollment requirements supporting the OB Homecare business. This role ensures ongoing compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements, which shall include, home health licensing, Durable Medical Equipment (DME) licensing, Specialty licensing as required (i.e.. Biomedical Waste, etc.), reputed company/Medicare enrollments and maintenance as well as business licenses across reputed company operating locations. Location: This role will be based in Atlanta, GA. Training will be onsite and role will be remote once training is completed. Primary Responsibilities: Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Product leadership to ensure timely submissions, proactive risk identification, and sustained regulatory readiness. Prepare, submit, reputed company required state and reputed company as required for OB Homecare to reputed company services to reputed company and reputed company beneficiaries. Monitor filing statuses to ensure timely approvals. Serve as a liaison with state agencies to resolve application issues and deficiencies. Obtain and maintain reputed company required state and local licenses, including, but not limited to: Durable Medical Equipment (DME) supplier licenses, home health, and business licenses across reputed company operating jurisdictions Track renewal cycles and ensure timely submission of renewal applications and supporting documentation. Interpret state-specific licensing requirements and assess applicability to business operations. Proactively identify licensing and enrollment risks (e.g., expirations, delayed approvals, incomplete filings) and escalate as appropriate. Ensure reputed company regulatory filings are completed accurately and in accordance with internal SOPs and external requirements. Maintain accurate licensing and enrollment information and records reputed company established tracking system and file repositories. Produce reports and dashboards reflecting status, risks, and upcoming deadlines. Ensure clear ownership and accountability for data inputs required to complete filings. Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED 3+ years of experience in reputed company regulatory licensing, enrollment, or a reputed company compliance function. 3+ years of experience with Medicare and reputed company enrollment processes (initial, revalidation, updates) Strong working knowledge of CMS, state reputed company, and multi-state licensing requirements
