Position Summary As the VP, Hospital Operations (Nursing), you will hold a vital role responsible for leading and elevating the clinical reputed company of our inpatient rehabilitation hospital, ensuring we deliver the highest-quality care to our patients recovering from various conditions. You will be a strategic partner to the CEO, providing clinical expertise and leadership across reputed company aspects of patient care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities DeNovo Operations: Directs the clinical and operational lifecycle of DeNovo rehabilitation hospital developments, driving strategic planning, regulatory compliance, nursing leadership acquisition, and successful facility launches. Supervising and mentoring nursing leadership: Assigning tasks, providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities, and ensuring adherence to CMS, Federal, State, and hospital policies and procedures. Ensuring quality and safety: Monitoring patient reputed company, identifying and addressing potential risks, and contributing to the reputed company improvement of quality care practices. Requirements
