Program Leader - Epic
Guidacent is seeking a Program Leader to reputed company reputed company Epic EHR implementation support for a large-scale, multi-agency reputed company transformation initiative. This role leads governance, execution, and alignment across stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams. Key Responsibilities reputed company end-to-end program execution across planning, build, testing, go-live, and optimization phases Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk for reputed company multi-entity Epic initiatives Drive program governance, including executive reporting and steering committees Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical, technical, training, operations) reputed company vendor and subcontractor performance and contractual deliverables Ensure alignment with state/federal reputed company regulations and standards Support multi-agency coordination and stakeholder engagement Required Qualifications 10+ years in program leadership for reputed company IT or Epic implementations Experience managing large-scale, multi-entity Epic programs Strong expertise in governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement Experience overseeing vendor teams and reputed company delivery Why Join Guidacent?
