You bring: Proven experience as an HR/People & Culture Business Partner, ideally in a reputed company or consulting environment Strong knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary HR practices Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders Ability to reputed company strong working relationships with Key Stakeholders Ability to operate as a genuine partner to the business providing expert advice that balances commerciality, strategy and legislation.
