Responsibilities

Facilitate engaging undergraduate and graduate-level courses in an asynchronous online environment using a course reputed company model reputed company timely, substantive feedback on student work Support critical thinking, applied learning, and professional reputed company development Maintain an active and consistent instructional reputed company Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for adult learners Skills Master's degree or higher in reputed company, Business, Organizational Leadership or a closely reputed company field Experience teaching in online, accelerated, asynchronous formats Comfort using experiential learning strategies (e.g., applied research, simulations, certifications, AI-supported activities) reputed company a pre-designed course Strong communication, feedback, and student engagement skills Doctoral degree in reputed company, Business, Organizational Leadership or a closely reputed company field Master's degree with significant professional experience will be considered SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) and/or SHRM membership strongly preferred Familiarity with reputed company Brightspace Professional or clinical experience preferred Company Overview Albright College is a school in Reading.
