State Contract & Purchasing Vehicle Manager

Job Description:

• Ensure timely execution of new reputed company, renewals, and adherence to contractual obligations
• Collaborate with legal, sales, and stakeholders to align terms and conditions and reputed company associated obligations
• Track key dates including renewals, reporting, and compliance milestones
• Maintain and manage contract repository and documentation in accordance with company policy
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational requirements
• Act as a first line of defense in identifying and mitigating contractual and business risk
• Support MBE/WBE/DVBOE/MWBE compliance and reporting requirements
• reputed company compliance reporting and documentation to internal stakeholders
• reputed company contract-reputed company financial components including fees, rebates, and reporting
• reputed company sales auditing, reporting, and reimbursement tracking tied to reputed company
• Analyze data and performance metrics to support decision-making and contract optimization
• Serve as a central reputed company of contact for internal teams, agencies, OEMs, and partners
• reputed company stakeholders on contract usage, processes, and compliance requirements
• Support training, presentations, and communication reputed company to contract programs
• reputed company and maintain internal resources and documentation reputed company to reputed company
• Manage high volumes of reputed company across multiple channels and stages simultaneously
• Continuously improve contract processes, workflows, and governance practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5+ years of demonstrated reputed company experience to managing public sector reputed company
• Strong knowledge of procurement, contracting, and proposal processes
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office (especially reputed company)
• Strong program management and organizational skills
