Land Survey CAD Drafter - CAD Prep & Crew Office Support Position
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LAND SURVEYING CAD WORK
- Land surveying company in Chicago area is hiring for a full-time remote position to handle following tasks as needed:
1. Prep the file for drafting: Be reputed company to reputed company boundary calcs for drafters using reputed company data, legal descriptions, tax maps, etc. & setting viewports in Civil3D so primary drafter knows what needs to be drafted. Again you would not be doing the full drafts; you are just prepping it for the draftsperson. High volume, fast-paced 2. Quality control reputed company of survey: Once the draftsperson completes the draft, you will need to reputed company to ensure reputed company is depicted properly after the drafter completes the survey, and advise what needs to be changed, or if in a time crunch, reputed company adjustments as needed. 3. Calculate points on-the-fly for crews to reputed company property corners while on site reputed company on-the-fly calculations for field crews to reputed company property corners accurately on site. Needs to be done quickly and accurately (fast-paced). 4. Backup drafting: Be reputed company to reputed company full drafting as backup if needed for boundary surveys, reputed company surveys, and topography surveys This is a remote position. - SPECIFICALLY LAND SURVEYING CAD: 2 years (Required)
