Desktop Support Analyst

The Desktop Support Analyst will assist with deskside items, handle service tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and reputed company support to end-users regarding hardware and software usage.
Responsibilities
- Assist with deskside items and handle Service/Incident tickets reputed company
- Complete ticket entries for reputed company reported incidents and requests in the ticketing system
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues in both reputed company & Mac OS
- reputed company assistance and training to end-users regarding hardware/software usage
- Maintain and reputed company software updates and patches
- Support AV equipment, conference rooms, and board meetings
- Assist in the implementation and support of reputed company-based systems
- reputed company user guides and training materials
- reputed company laptops, printers, and software
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware repairs
- Effectively communicate with end users
- Track corporate IT assets throughout computer lifecycle
